Wednesay August 25

At times I get to wanting to have a particular food for dinner and it is not on the menu. Today it was corn on cob that I wanted. An ear of corn from Ralph’s was brought home, cooked four minutes in the microwave in a plastic bag and enjoyed with the beef ribs and corn bread at St John’s cafeteria, The ribs were better than we had, in the past, at the Harris Ranch.
