Eyes

Wednesday evening I got a surprise. As a was working a crossword puzzle on the computer’s flat screen some of the straight lines in the puzzle grid had some wave to them. A couple of year ago the Internet was searched for retinal degradation (Macular Degeneration). I referred to the previous downloaded test grids and they indicated some troubles. An appointment was arranged with my ophthalmologist yesterday. They looked and were not sure they could detect any defect. A test has been set for next Tuesday to examine the blood vessels near the nerves of the left eye. The only treatment that is of value to prevent great damage is to detect the trouble very early.
