Disaster planning

The disaster in New Orleans should be a making a lot of a Southern Californians thinking about the number eight earthquakes that will happen in this area. After the 1994 earthquake Carl had made preparations for the next one. I have a plan in mind that I think will be adequate for a major earthquake. Earthquakes come without warning prior evacuation not an option. Survival for a few it what should be planned.
