ARMD

As a treatment for wet Age Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) off-label use of Avastin is quickly replacing Macugen due to its more impressive success rate.
Dr. Rosen yesterday gave me the injection of Avastin rather than the Macugen I had been getting every six weeks. I had read about this new treatment. Today at 9 a.m. as is normal a day after the injection, Dr. Rosen checks that everything is OK. I will be pleased if the improvement reported by other people takes place.
