The rental unit.

This is the second weekend that the apartment next door, apartment #C, has been for rent. There have been maybe 20 people looking at the unit. Most people took a credit statement to be returned to the property manager. So far as I know, only about three have been returned. Anyone of those three would make a good neighbor. I would expect the unit to be rented by the first of February. People need a place to live and so property should not be vacant. But I have to have admit a vacant property next door has some advantages.
