Tuesday August 31

The discovery of Tanzia D’Ore coffee has changed my preference from Columbian Supermo. A sample was brewed and instantly knew that a higher level of enjoyment had been reached. The spelling of the name is close enough so that you will recognize it when shopping for coffee. It is made from whole beans, ground very fine and brewed as regular coffee in a cappuccino machine. It has lots of flavor, no bitterness or bit, something like stove top old fashion pot brewed coffee was supposed to taste like.
